Clinical case:
Sixty-five-year-old patient with adult periodontitis;
preoperatively: professional dental cleaning, scaling, curettage, germ-determination, bacteria killing with PDT (Photodynamic Therapy); flap-operation regio 12-24; reduction of bacteria with PDT during duration of wound healing; redesigning and esthetic reconstruction of the teeth.
